By accessing or using FaviconAPIs (the "Service") at faviconapis.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and API consumers.
FaviconAPIs provides a REST API that retrieves, processes, and caches favicon images for third-party websites. The Service returns normalized PNG images sourced from publicly accessible URLs on the internet. We do not host or claim ownership of any favicon images; all images remain the property of their respective owners.

The Free plan provides 25 API calls per month at no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.
Unused API calls do not roll over between billing periods. If you exceed your plan limit, additional requests will return a 429 Too Many Requests response until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
The FaviconAPIs platform, brand, documentation, and code are owned by FaviconAPIs and protected by applicable intellectual property law. The favicon images returned by the API are owned by their respective third-party website owners. We make no claim of ownership over any favicon images and provide them solely as a retrieval and processing convenience. You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party favicon images complies with the respective owners' terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Free and Pro plans carry no formal uptime SLA. Enterprise customers may negotiate a custom SLA. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and may temporarily suspend access to the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE FAVICON IMAGES RETRIEVED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAVICONAPIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any cached data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
